What are the admission requirements to transfer to a UC?

Response from Jay Jackson:

The junior level minimum admission requirements for the UC campuses are: 60 UC transferable units, with a 2.4 minimum GPA (competitive colleges and majors require a higher GPA); the 60 transferable units must include two specific transfer level English compositions courses, one transfer level math class (a math class that has intermediate algebra as a prerequisite), and at least four approved transferable college courses chosen from at least two of the following subject areas: Arts and Humanities; Social and Behavioral Sciences; or Physical and Biological Sciences.
