i took an assessment out of high school, then never registed for class. a couple years later, i am reapplying to cuesta. do i have to retake the assessment test?

No, you do not need to take the assessment test again. Your records should still be on file with your scores in English and math. You should now do the following in order to get enrolled at Cuesta:

Complete the Online Orientation

1. Login to myCuesta using your username and password

2. Click on “Student” tab

3. Click on “Online Orientation” under “Steps to Success” (middle column toward the bottom)

4. Read orientation information and complete orientation tests

Find Classes

1. Login to myCuesta using your username and password

2. Click on “Student” tab

3. Click on “Find Classes” under “Steps to Success” (middle column)

4. Click “Select Term”

Register for Classes

Verify your priority registration day/time by logging into myCuesta.

1. Click “Student” tab

2. Select “Check Registration Status” under “Steps to Success”

3. Once it is your day/time to register, select “Register (add/

drop classes)” under “Steps to Success”

Log On to add your response.
